Don't let their good looks fool you for one sec. These chicks kick ass...on stage of course. In an industry full of cookie cut-out groups, Sweetie is looking to crumb that cookie! Or at least bake a fresh new batch of their own, with a sound unlike a lot of the stuff you hear floating around the "toilet" we call the radio these days. Image if you mixed Red Bull w/ Hennessey, drunk it, then took a shot of Patron as a chaser. Only then would you come close to describing their unique sound. Josie and the Pussycats they are NOT. Sweetie actually PLAYS their own instruments not just poses with them like some well..."posers." I found out the HARD way how 'core these ladies are, when I attended a gallery showing that they were the featured performers at. Word of advice, attend a live show* of theirs sober, you'll definitely leave over the limit. "Punk Drunk" is the sound, and Sweetie is the band. And ain't nothing sweet about it.
