Hey, remember the "Gates?" Those huge orange "staples" that at were on display in Central Park? Well the same ecentric Danish artist couple that brought you that installation, is back with a BIGGER and even BOLDER conception piece. Starting this July (through October) four 120 ft. tall water sprouting installations, costing a cool $150 mill will be place along the (dead mobster body ridden) East River. Once up, the city is hoping that it inspires even more annoying, direction asking question, map holding, euro spending tourist to come visit our grand city. I however am not impressed. I see waterfalls like this everytime my upstairs neighbor overflows the tub.
