Tonight is a GREAT night for Hip-Hop! For not one but TWO awesome parties are going on celebrating the culture we know now as Rap. It's a beautiful thing and a national treasure to have such an original art form start from this great city! The first one (@ ReBar in DUMBO) will span 30yrs back til now with "ROCK WIT IT"DJ Goldfinger spinning only the stuff that made you remember why Hip-Hop (and R&B) got SO big! It'll will preceded by a fashion model/designer search (7pm-9pm) by Butch Diva & Coup D'Etat BK Arts Collective. Then from 9pm on...straight PARTYING! And the catch is, it's FREE all night!Then on the other side of town, Deity will play host to the Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival's pre-party w/ live performances MC Alaska, Westwind, and DJ Atarilogic. Music by Mick Boogie himself! Starts at 10pm(-4am) and the cover for ladies & men is $10. So there you have it my friends a NICE night on the town in BK! Enjoy!
