"Pop Pop Fizz Fizz!" -All I Hear Is Fireworks! Sun July 4th Block Party Updates!

As you well SHOULD know, this will be a LONG weekend of celebrations for the Block Assoc-
iation's 1st anni-
versary
right? Starting with the Andy Warhol/Studio 54 like tribute at Target's 1st Saturday's dance party held this time around located BEHIND the Brooklyn Museum! Over 1,500 people attend each one and this time we'll DOUBLE that! 80'-89' will be the time period of music being playing ranging from Pop to Hip-Hop, and EVERYTHING in between. Seen? With the after party jumpin' off right after at Jelani Lounge (Waverly bewtn. Fulton & Atlantic) just mins away from the museum. But the July 4th is what we're REALLY here to talk about right? There'll be some slight changes to the day we set up. Minor things but still you should be informed none the less. One is...

All RSVP names will be on one list. People listed will have to be present to pick up there OWN armbands bewtn. 3pm-5pm the day of the event. This armband allows you FREE entree till 12am then $10 till 1am. (theBlockRSVP@gmail.com)

The Macy's fireworks show will be on the HUDSON, NOT the East river again this year! So we'll see the 'works but it won't be as close as expected. 9:15 is the fireworks start time.

The revised Special Guest DJ line up will be: 3pm-DJ Pot, 4pm- DJ Bing Notty, 5pm-DJ Jasmine Solano, 6pm- DJ Melo-X, 7pm- DJ Will Gates, 8pm- DJ (motherf**kin') Goldfinger!
