2010 isn't even here yet and the movie studios already are got a hand in yo pocket hoping you'll stand in line for the squeals to two of this year's blockbusters. There's some for the guys and something for the girls and everyone else in between.

Sex-tra! Sex-tra! Have you heard the news? Sex in the City is planning to do a part two follow up (no kidding) to the highly successful first movie, but here's the catch...
You can play a part in the movie! Yep no BS, today they're looking for a few hundred fashionista to play extras (of course) in the new film so you can fulfill your "Sex" fantasy. Here's the scoop after the casting is over (ends at 4pm), everyone is making their way over to Aspen a few blocks up to sip Cosmo's and party "WORD!"

"Watch A Four-Some" -Sex in the City Opens Wide

As if you didn't hear about the movie, it's finally opening today nation wide. Folks have been calling it "the Super Bowl for Women" or "the biggest Girls Night Out ever!" Whatever. Now I'll admit to watching the show once or twice, but I'd be hard pressed to see myself in line to see the movie. However if I was a gambling man, I'd bet that it would be a smarter choice (for a single dude) to get a ticket early and sit through a couple of show times and scout out all the single sitted chicks in the dark, willing to share her "Milk Duds" w/ some stranger (if you know what I'm sayin'). Or you can add that "extra butter" on her popcorn (if you get my drift wink)...No? Me either, but it sounded good. Anyways, as I was saying, Friday night, switch it up a bit from the tired club scene brother, and swallow your pride along w/ the extra large Sprite, and go see the movie. It'll be a great line opener, once them lights come back on. Plus if your REALLY lucky (notice how I capitalized & bolded "really"), after a couple of hard cosmos, maybe she'll let you show her who's really "Mr. Big." (...Disappointment that is, lol)

"So 'Berry Addictive"

Ummm, question?
How long have I been sleeping?
Cause I got rudely awakened by the latest 'Berry craze recently.
Whilst taking a ho-hum stroll. perusing through SoHo, I received a call from a friend to meet up at one of these Pinkberry locations. Upon reaching my destination, I bared witness to a line that could be best described as "cult-like." It was as if "Jesus had a book signing at Barnes & Noble."
Perhaps "Sex and the City" was using this as a set location for their upcoming movie... No? I was wrong in both cases,
it was sincerely for this "frozen heroin" of a desert w/trimmings.
When I inquired about the wait, 15, 20 even 30 was not an uncommon answer. Urban legend has it that only 7 exist in the whole Tri-state area, which is sorta like showing a new Lord of the Rings movie in only 6 theaters...in Manhattan. So that kinda half explained the line, but it gotta be more to this "cold case" right? As I cut the line
(just looking for my friend), folks got all "Stinkberry" with me.
Is it THAT serious? Must be cause, that same "friend"
never even offered a small spoon filled tasting of hers. Back turned, barely talking between gulps. Sheesh. I would not be shocked if I saw a bouncer holding a clipboard, next to a velvet rope, on our next visit. Yeah it's official, Pink is the new Black...Berry!

MOVIES: "Hot Buttered Popcorn!"

This year in film can only be summed up by one phrase only,
"Get Yo Geek On!"
MARVEL vs D.C. plays out of the silver screen finally (...well sort of)
"The Incredible Hulk" and "Iron Man" double up against
"The Dark Knight" The winner...Batman, word is he has a "Joker" up his sleeve.
Will Smith ("Hancock") vs. his new BFF Tom Cruise ("Valkyrie"). Two words...Summer madness!
"Speed Racer" vs "Get Smart" vs "Sex and the City" Tune in to these three TV favorites.
Who will gain "commercial" success?
We'll have another "Harry (Potter)", "Hellboy(2)", and "Harold (& Kumar) on our hands.
For the fanboys "Fanboy", "Star Trek", and (yes finally) another "Indiana Jones" movie.
Not forgetting to mention a new addition to the "Naria" series, "Cloverfield." "Bond" (#22),
"Wanted," "10,000 B.C." The unholy trinity of Pacino, De Niro, and Jackson (as in Curtis...as in 50 Cent) in "The Righteous Kill." and lastly Pixar's "Wall*E"rounding out just SOME of the must sees.

MY PREDICTION '08:
Forget last year's "I Am Legend"... I Am Broke will the buzzed about movie drama in '08.
I will...
A) Start dating foreign style I.E. Dutch as opposed to African-American style. Or...
B) Get mad cool with the street corner foreign exchange student Mr. D.V. D'botlega.
I never ask, & he'll never tell. Umm can I get 3 for 10?
