"Flashing Lights" -Paparazzi Pics (Pt. 94)

Hey, I just came across these lost pics I took a few weeks back. They were taken in Bloomie's at this event for WESC & Nylon mag in honor of...I'm not really sure WHAT it was in honor of, I just read somewhere on the invite that you could score some FREE Bloomingdale/WESC exclusive headphones, and that's all that really mattered to me. Basically truth be told (lol). So off I went to rendezvous w/ Renee (yet ANOTHER friend that works in the Ralph Lauren camp) to find out how true this giveaway thing was. Ash called and heard the words "free" and was over there to meet us in "Jamacian man world record" time, to score her own pair too.
Not long did it take for it to get crowded in there (don't really know why you must RSVP, but no one checks the list) and lines start forming for the open bar line, that folks thought was the comp headphones line. DUH! When they did realize it, it was too late. Headphones done off! As a gift of gratitude for all he's been doing for me in the past and present, I re-gifted my headphones and give them to fellow Virgo Deffrei (aka DJ Blackocaine/Ahficionados) for his B'day, being that he ironically lost his own that same week.

Okay, I gotta say this, Pt.2 of "Celebrate the Virgo" week was BAN-ANA-S! All THREE floors of Libations was rocking and filled to the brim with Virgo's looking to have a GREAT time. Picture Amanda Diva on one floor, live painting, Uncle Ralph on another controlling the dance floor (AND video screen). Pesu down below, doing his mastery art work as well, and a building full of folks coming to wish us Virgos (Kwesi, Pam "SoHo", Zebi, Daoud, Frei, Shimy, myself & others) well and Happy Born day. We Love Ya Like Cooked Food supplied the Hennessy filled cupcakes that were DE-LISH! It was official my B'day starting at 12am last night, but later on today at Tamboril, we'll be hosting the Finale -"Virgo Tendencies!" With even MORE Virgos present. Remember it starts at 10pm and the kitchen closes at 1am, so come to party w/ an appetite. LOL. Drinks on you.

Okay now, this past Tues. Pt.1 of this weeks Virgo celebrations was nothing less then a SMASH! APT got packed early and quickly! It was "Show Frei Love" day and it's believer came out to pay their respects. DJ Hard Hittin' Harry as well as B'day boy Frei (aka Blackocaine) did the honors of keepin' the dance floor POPPIN' between the two taking turns on the tables...Literally! ALOT of fellow Virgos showed up, and damn near filled the place up the other half was Brooklyn, and some random signs and boroughs not worth of mentioning. LOL. Phone reception was bad for me downstairs (I have AT&T) so calling for back-up, so my friends can witness the "exoticnessity" of the ladies present was a dead issue. Daoud (Coup D'etat BK) has a lot to top (@ Libations) tonight ! Oh well, at least I got to go home with two FOXY ladies that night ...on the train.
