"Flashing Lights" -Paparazzi Pics (Pt. 276)

We’re BAAAAACKK! We (the Block Association) only took one month off but when you do an elegant event such as this ONLY once a month, it seems like forever for the next month to get here!!! But none the less…we’ve ARRIVED! And just in the nick of time to end out our highly successful string of February events titled “Block History Month.” This edition of “Prim & Proper” debuted at an all NEW location this time around @ DUO restaurant. Yep, the SAME spot we've been hosting "the Country Club" Sunday brunches w/ Gary Grant in. And as usual the crowd came out looking spectacular!! Give a round of applause to yourself...make it clap.
