"Kanye Is Appalled!" -New Track For Diddy By Mr. West

Oh you thought he was going away after that ol' Taylor Swift incident? Nah, dude is "Mr, Contro
versy"
himself, America was tripping while he already had his Louis V bags in baggage claim. Anyway here's a leaked reference track that Yeezy did supposedly for Diddy's "Last Train To Paris" CD that's soon to come out. I'm thinking he needs to keep this one for himself. Give a listen...

"NEW S#!t!" -Ghetto Mysteries Vol.1

Okay folks, here's where we openly talk about things that go on in the "Hood" that we accept and NEVER question...
(except in our heads). Well hush hush no more! Let's air things out shall we? I've collected a short list of my own that often puzzled me but never knew quite WHO to turn to to ask. Maybe you can answer some, and end my sleepless nights Lol.

1. What do we call the corner store a"Bodega" when clearly it's owned by Arabs?

2. What guys wear do-rags if their bald or Hispanic?

3. Why do chicks that wear Baby Phat, Rocawear, Apple Bottoms, etc. want me to believe their Fendi (Gucci, LV) bag is real...huh why?

4. Who started the "Crack head Doorman" trend at fast-food restaurants?

5. Why are you still pushing your child around in a stroller, if he's almost as tall as you?

6. Why do we call each other "Son" except the real one we won't claim? Huh Maury?

7. When will old, fat, non-athletic dudes give up wearing basketball jerseys with a baseball hat (two different sports dude, twoooo different sports)?

8.Why oh why, do you think I want your fat ass squeezing into the two seater I'm seated in on the train?

9. How are they "shorts", if they're an inch above your ankles hmmmm?

10.How is that we can stand in line for "Dark Knight", "Playstation" or "Nike" releases, "iPhone" debutes, etc. But complain if we're in line for more than 15mins to get your OWN paycheck to pay for those things?

"Brooooklllynn Ballin'"-Kanye hosts Brooklyn Ball in the Brooklyn Museum

Now I predicted this was gonna happen...I was just hoping it was gonna happen the day that I was attending. DAMN! Anyway, this Thurs. at the Brooklyn Museum of Arts, round my old stomping grounds on Eastern Parkway (famous for the yearly Labor Day parade) they'll be hosting a sold-out private affair for the pre-pre-opening for Saturday's big exhibit feat. famed Japanese artist Takashi Murakami. Noted for his recent work with luxury brand Louis Vuitton and Mr. (Kanye) West "Graduation" CD cover art.
I still have my fingers crossed that he'll do a cameo at the dinner reception on Fri. I'll be attending (so I can take pics...all for you of course). I'm now working on getting a management contact to invite the "West entourage" to stop through to "the Class Reunion" (at Scopello's) afterwards, just to WOW folks the eff out. Plus I'm sure he'll be using the name ("the Class Reunion") for a future CD title...So it's only right. Right?

"From JP to BK With ❤"- Japanese Artist Murakami Invades Brooklyn

If this art work looks vaguely familiar to you, it maybe because it was created by the same artist who did the art conception for Kanye's "Graduation" CD cover art. The name's Takashi Murakami, get familiar with it cause he'll be in Brooklyn for quite some time from next week to Summer. Well not so much him, but his "works of imagination" will be on display at the highly underrated Brooklyn Museum of Art starting in April (through till July). You may have also seen his designs gracing the "it" Louis Vuitton bags (both the real and bootlegged versions) a couple of seasons ago.
*BTW There'll be a pop-up LV shop inside the museum, selling limited edition collaborative items of the lux brand, while they're hosting his exhibit. So if your girl "suddenly" wants to take a unplanned museum trip, leave the card with the small limit (and big interest) at home.
