It makes absolutely NO sense to me that you have yet to discover the social "awesomeness" power of the GREAT Tues. after work party called "Word To Everything I Love!" @ Aspen (W. 22nd /5th & 6th) Songs will be written, and folks will past down from generation to generation the legendary tale of how this party came from nowhere, to claim rule over the NEW New York social set of taste makers! YES people it is just that DOPE! I may be exaggerating just a wee bit, but I challenge you to find better. The food (!) affordable (recession conscience) drinks (!!), the great hosting DJs (!!!) are all an unbeatable combo. This past Tues. Dirty Deb's own Sam Smalls "bring'em out bring'em" out to celebrate her B'day. It was like a "class" reunion up in there! (Butch Diva boss) Tiffany, Wordspit, Nadia Brewer (luv her), (the Breakfast Club's) Charlie Chick, even a cameo from m.i.a. Tiara Chameleon came to find out first hand what the buzz was all about. DJ Soul & the Ahficionados took turntable turns making the crowd move all night (6pm-12am). Peep the very last pic below. Tiff & L.A. are bugging that you're not there yet! FYI * This Tues. (8/25) we'll be celebrating a few more B'days!

Yes...We're back with ANOTHER one! Wait, you REALLY thought that we were gonna slow things down a bit huh? Nah, just like the Summer, we're JUST heating up! Tonight we'll be celebrating the B'day of Dirty Debutante's "Sammie Smalls" (is the illest) yall! And she's brought DJ Soul & the Ahficionados back top shake things up a bit. So far we've creating a steady buzz out there, with not only the BIG name guest DJs spinning at an after work (?) for Pete's sake, but also with the beautifully mature crowd/following that "WORD!" brings out. Please come be a part. The food, cheap drinks, and cool vibe are what'll get ya hooked. Trust me.

Just between you and me...I didn't see this one coming! I had JUST heard about ESSO but a week ago through my man Tory (over at Digiwaxx) about him and BAM! next thing you know we're (Dirty Debutante x the Minority Report) hosting a release party for him at "WORD!" that rammed out the place by 7:00 last Tuesday. CRAZY right?!? His "Off the Wall E009" release had us in Aspen (-30 W.22nd St. betwn. 5th & 6th) "off the chain!" I lie to you not. Keep in mind some FREE vodka drinks courtesy of Toma Vodka didn't hurt either. LOL. 3 cases gone in a 15 min. time span, like we got robbed! Many thanks to the crew that help blast this one out for us and DJ's DB w/ G.Brown that created the right vibe, NICE! Btw, who ever knows the reckless cat that was there acting like "Dr. Octopus(sy)" groping random chicks, tell ya boy "BE EASY!" It's NEVER (ever ever ever) that type of party, ya dig? Be hungry NEVER thirsty bro. He's was sent head 1st through the exit out EARLY! You're NOT welcome! That's all I have to say about that, other wise it was one of the best nights out of the 4 week run we've had so far. Let's continue shall we? This next Tues. (Aug. 18th) we're going backwards to move you forward w/ the best 70's 80's , and 90's had to offer w/ guest DJ Soul along w/ the returning Ahficionados to help us make it another GREAT night..."WORD!"
