There is to be NO exchanging of currency anywhere in NYC. For gas, food, clothing, etc. unless the establishment is a minority owned one. Period! So sorry kids no Iron Man movie this weekend. Unless it's at the Magic Johnson theater, Uptown Harlem USA...of course.
